TURBO KICK
Turbo Kick® has many faces. No program could be as successful or as diverse as Turbo Kick® without the cumulative efforts of many talented and devoted individuals. It combines the best of two worlds: Group Exercise and Martial Arts. No equipment needed! Heavy bags, kick shields and other equipment are costly and inherently more dangerous. This fat blasting format is the ultimate calorie burning challenge! Each workout starts with a sport specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a PiYo™ style cool down that work together to transform your body!
CORE STRENGTH PIYO
PiYo (or Yogalates) is a type of exercise that is a blend of Pilates and Yoga. The Pilates part strengthens and tones the body, while the Yoga part promotes mindfulness and relaxation.
As such, PiYo provides a total mind-body workout.
Yoga strengthens and tones the body, too.
GROUP P90X MUSCLE TONE
P90X is a fitness system developed by trainer Tony Horton. The program includes 12 workouts that use resistance and body-weight training, cardio, plyometrics, ab work, martial arts and yoga. It also comes with a nutrition plan, fitness guide, and workout calendar. This fitness plan focuses on what it refers to as "muscle confusion;" a cross-training method that switches the order of exercises and incorporates varied movements. It is believed that muscle confusion prevents the body from adapting to exercises over time, resulting in continual improvement and minimizing plateaus.
INSANITY
Insanity is a workout regimen with a focus on strenuous stamina training. Developed by Shaun T., the Insanity program emphasizes "max interval training", a method of exercising during which one works out strenuously for 3–4 minutes and then rests or "cools down" for approximately 30 seconds before starting the process again. There is no need to purchase weights or any other equipment. The Insanity workouts are highly intense and designed for people who are already in good shape. It is not intended for special-need populations, such as cardiovascular, pulmonary, and metabolic disease patients, diabetics, or obese people, and people with orthopedic limitations
CIZE
What is CIZE?
CIZE truly is "The end of exercize." In each routine, Shaun breaks down challenging moves step-by-step, and builds them into a full dance sequence in just 35-40 minutes. So, while you are mastering the dance moves, you'll also be burning fat and calories.
