We understand that each of us has different reasons for not exercising, which is why we work with members directly from the first time you walk into the gym. We’ll help you develop the right fitness program based on your fitness level to help you reach your goals. Our goal is for you to become confident and comfortable while working out in our clubs and to be able to work out on your own and see real results.

New Member First Workout

As part of our commitment to you, we offer our new members a first workout with one of our Personal Trainers. In this session your trainer will work with you to create an achievable workout plan, teach you about our clubs and equipment, and help you feel confident enough to come back and work out on your own.

Our Personal Trainers are experts at blending exercise, nutrition, and education to help you reach your total fitness goals and maintain results.

We know how hard it can be to get motivated, stay motivated and determine which workouts will get you the quickest results. That is why we have developed a unique and highly effective approach to one-on-one instruction. Our approach includes incorporating exercises to build strength and muscle tone alternating with cardiovascular exercises to keep your heart rate up. And, you’ll finish your workout with flexibility exercises to help avoid injury.

Group Exercise Classes

Tired of flying solo for your workouts? Stay motivated and learn new techniques with Group Exercise classes taught by dynamic instructors to help you achieve the maximum benefit from your workouts. We recommend that you follow a cross-training routine that includes exercise from three categories:

  • Cardiovascular/Steight loss

  • Toning and Strength Training

  • Cardio Strenght and Flexibility 

Diva Fitness World classes focus on one or more of these categories – every class includes components of all three categories for a total workout.
